RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • ​​​Should there be any discrepancy of product(s) delivered, customer can contact us via whatsapp (013 2000 900) OR e-mail (careline@mplus.my) within 3 days of receiving the goods. Our customer service will advise on the solution(s) accordingly. 
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
  • Customers will be required to present all possible proofs for claiming a return/refund.
  • Any refunds will be processed within 14 working days from agreed/confirmation date.
